Job Description
School Catering Assistant
We are currently recruiting for a School Catering Assistant to join a friendly school catering team.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:15am to 2:00pm
Contract: Temporary
Requirements
Enhanced DBS (EDBS) check on the Update Service is essential
Previous catering, kitchen, or food service experience is preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Key Duties
Assisting with the preparation and serving of food
Setting up and clearing away dining areas
Washing up and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
Supporting the catering team to ensure a smooth service
