Job Description
HVAC / Mechanical Project Manager required for a highly successful Mechanical Contractor supporting Tier 1 construction clients in London
Salary: Flexible depending on experience + Annual bonus based on individual performance
Hours: Also flexible - A great benefit with this employer, is that they don't hold you to getting on site at a certain time. As long as your 40 hours are completed, and the projects are tracking, you have the autonomy of flexible hours
Required: A minimum of 8 years HVAC Project Management experience, in the industry, is necessary
The HVAC Project Manager job role:
As the new HVAC Project Manager you'll be overseeing a portfolio of large scale tier 1 commercial HVAC contracts, from pre-construction to handover
Projects will range in scale from £500K to £5M in value and you will usually handle 1 to 2 or 3 projects at once.
This will be a field based role mainly going out to sites across London, using the travel card provided by the company
Managing site teams, HVAC subcontractors, suppliers and timelines
Ensuring HVAC compliance with health & safety, quality and documentation
Liaising with clients and stakeholders across all HVAC project phases The new HVAC PM will also enjoy the following benefits:
