We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Senior Technician to join a reputable automotive service centre in Romford. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced technicians looking to advance their career within a dynamic and professional environment. The successful individual will bring a strong technical background and a comprehensive understanding of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Benefits for the successful Senior Technician:
Competitive basic salary of £34,123 per annum
OTE (On Target Earnings) of up to £65,000 per year
Working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
One in three Saturday mornings

Training and development programmes to support career progressionDuties of the Senior Technician:
Performing a wide range of vehicle repairs, including clutch replacements, cambelt changes, gearboxes, and more
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer standards and with high quality
Maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment
Managing individual job times to ensure efficiency and customer satisfactionRequirements of the Senior Technician:
Proven experience as a Senior Technician or in a similar role
Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle systems and repairs
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
