Are you an experienced TA with experience supporting children with challenging behaviour?
SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a fantastic primary school on the borders of Croydon and Sutton, and we're actively seeking a talented Behaviour TA to support pupils across KS2.
About the role:
* Behaviour TA position based at a primary school in Sutton
* Full time Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4pm
* Ongoing positions starting in September and throughout the school year
* Supporting KS2 pupils with behavioural, emotional and social needs
* Providing 1:1 and small-group support to help pupils engage positively with learning
* Well-resourced classrooms with strong, collaborative staff teams
* Backed by supportive and experienced Senior Leadership Teams (SLT)

What you'll need:
* Experience supporting children with challenging or complex behaviour, ideally within a primary setting
* Experience working with KS2 pupils
* A good understanding of behaviour management and positive reinforcement strategies
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to the needs of individual pupils
* A positive, proactive and professional approach
