Job Description
Plumber Multi Trade - Cornwall
We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Plumber Multi Trade who will provide a maintenance service on social housing properties from Truro down to Penzance.
Role Details/ Benefits:
£40k plus van and fuel card
Temp to perm, 12 weeks
25 days holiday bank holidays

Plumber Multi Day to Day:
All aspects of maintenance work in properties, mainly plumbing but you will need to be able to do other trades to a good level as well
Changing taps, radiators, toilets, basins, leaky taps etc
Dealing with customers, being polite and professional
Driving a company van safely and responsibly
Following a spec to complete works
Reporting to your Supervisor
Plumber Multi Trade Requirements:
Good multi-trade experience
Plumbing qualification desireable or 10 years experience
DBS - will be completed prior to start
Good attitude
Honest and reliable
