Job Description
1.Job Purpose To support the safe, efficient and high-quality production of chocolate products by carrying out packing, stacking and quality-checking activities while following workplace procedures, food-safety standards and instructions from the production team. 2. Key Duties & Responsibilities • Pack chocolate products accurately and efficiently. • Stack finished products safely and correctly. • Carry out quality checks and report defects or issues promptly. • Follow production, hygiene, food-safety and health & safety procedures. • Keep the work area clean, organised and safe. • Work effectively as part of a production team. • Meet production, quality and attendance requirements. • Complete other reasonable production duties as directed by the supervisor. 3. Person Specification Essential Good attention to detail Reliable and punctual Able to follow instructions and workplace procedures Able to work days 6pm-6am Desirable Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse or food-industry experience Desirable Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment Working Environment & Requirements • Factory / production environment. • Personal protective equipment (PPE) and hygiene requirements must be followed. • Role may involve standing for extended periods and repetitive production tasks
