Team Leader / Supervisor

What You'll Be Doing As a Food Production Operative, your duties will include: Packing and filling honey jars into catering-size buckets and drums Food packing and labelling Working on a fast-paced production line Palletising and shrink wrapping finished products Operating production machinery Carrying out quality checks Preparing jars and containers for production Cleaning production and staff areas General factory and warehouse dutiesWhat We're Looking For We welcome applicants with experience in: Food production Food packing Factory work Warehouse production Manufacturing Packing operative roles Production line environmentsYou'll also have: A strong work ethic and reliable attendance Good attention to detail The ability to work well within a team A flexible and proactive attitude The ability to carry out manual handling duties, including lifting up to 25kgCareer Progression This role offers genuine career development opportunities.
