Junior Sales Consultant Location: Brighton Full-Time | In-Person Paid Weekly | Full Training Provided About the Role Our client is looking for a Junior Sales Consultant to join their Brighton team. You’ll represent recognised brands through face-to-face customer engagement and sales across retail locations, events, pop-ups, and local campaigns. No previous sales experience is required. You’ll receive full training, coaching, and ongoing support, with opportunities to progress as you develop. Key Responsibilities * Speak directly with customers and introduce products and services * Build positive customer relationships * Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions * Deliver face-to-face sales presentations * Answer questions and handle objections * Generate new customer enquiries * Work towards individual and team targets * Record customer and sales information accurately * Attend team briefings and training sessions * Represent clients professionally at all times Training & Progression Full training is provided in sales, communication, customer engagement, and product knowledge. Successful team members can progress into Senior Sales Consultant, Team Leader, Sales Trainer, Campaign Manager, and management roles.
