General Support Staff – East London

Pay: From £95 per day, depending on experience and relevant qualifications
Apex Educ8 is looking for reliable and enthusiastic support staff to join schools across East London.
We have opportunities for people who enjoy working with children and young people and want to make a positive contribution to their learning, wellbeing and day-to-day school experience.
Responsibilities:
• Support pupils with their learning and development
• Work alongside teaching and support staff
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
• Provide individual or small-group support where required
• Help create a safe and inclusive school environment
Requirements:
• Experience working with children or young people in an education or relevant support setting
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient, supportive and adaptable approach
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
