The Role
As Operations Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality production. You'll lead cross-functional teams, optimise processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth.

Proven experience in a manufacturing operations management role in process-led environments

Track record of delivering continuous improvement and operational performance gains
