Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.
We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Director to join their team.
The main purpose of this Business Development Manager role is to build a business unit from the ground up, develop their own team, and generate between £9 million and £10 million of annual sales within 3 years, with further growth thereafter.
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £100k plus Uncapped Performance Bonus + Equity Opportunity depending on experience.

This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday
Your responsibilities will include:
Generate and secure new business opportunities across target sectors
Develop and execute a strategic growth plan
Identify key decision-makers and develop long-term client relationships
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales and operational team.
Establish clear KPIs and performance standards.
Deliver annual sales targets of £9m-£10m+.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and business plans
Support acquisitions, mergers, and expansion opportunities where appropriate
The ideal candidate:
Proven track record of delivering multi-million-pound sales growth
Experience building and leading successful teams
Experience operating at Director, Head of Sales, Commercial Director or Managing Director level.
Ability to engage confidently with board-level stakeholders
