Meridian Business Support is recruiting on behalf of a leading logistics provider in Lutterworth for a temporary Customer Service Administrator to support daily operations across inventory, distribution and customer communications. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play an important part in ensuring operational processes run smoothly while providing excellent support to both customers and internal teams. Key responsibilities include: Processing inbound and outbound orders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed on time Maintaining warehouse and logistics databases with precise and up-to-date information Producing reports and supporting management with operational data Acting as a key contact for customers, suppliers and transport partners regarding deliveries and stock availability Assisting with invoicing, scheduling and general office administration duties Supporting compliance procedures and helping maintain health and safety standards across the operation Working within a busy logistics environment, you will be comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail. To be considered for this Customer Service Administrator position, you will need: Previous administration experience within logistics, warehousing, supply chain or distribution Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively Good IT skills, including experience using warehouse management systems, transport systems or Microsoft Office applications Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team The successful Customer Service Administrator will be required to complete: A basic DBS check A credit check Verification of employment and/or education history What You'll Receive Competitive pay rate of £14.90 per hour Monday to Friday working pattern with no weekend shifts Opportunity to gain valuable experience within a leading logistics operation Supportive team environment Exposure to supply chain, warehouse and distribution processes Potential to further develop your administrative and customer service skills If you're a detail-focused professional with experience in logistics administration, customer service, warehouse administration or supply chain support, we'd love to hear from you.
