Site Manager – Central London
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team on a busy commercial fit-out project in Central London.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing commercial fit-out projects, with excellent leadership skills and a strong understanding of Health & Safety and site procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure works are completed safely, on time and to specification.
Manage and coordinate trades and subcontractors on site.
Maintain high standards of Health & Safety throughout the project.
Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, materials and labour.
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and regular safety checks.
Liaise with Project Managers, subcontractors and the client as required.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the programme and project requirements.
Requirements:
Valid CSCS Card – essential
SMSTS – essential
Temporary Works – essential
Fire Warden – essential
Asbestos Awareness – essential
Proven experience working as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and compliance
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage trades, subcontractors and site activities effectively
Working Schedule:
Thursday – Monday
