Gas Engineer – Social Housing
Location: Sandwell
Job Type: Sub-Contract
Rate: Day Rate
Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Position: Service Only
We are currently recruiting for experienced Gas Engineers to join a rapidly growing social housing company operating across the Sandwell area.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced engineers looking for ongoing subcontract work within the social housing sector.
The Role
As a Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing across domestic social housing properties. You will be required to work to a high standard while maintaining excellent levels of customer service and safety.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ qualified experience as a Gas Engineer
* Previous experience working within social housing
* Strong experience servicing and working on gas boilers
* Experience working with gas fire appliances
* Experience with back boilers
* Engineer must provide their own van
* Relevant and valid insurances
* Available to work 5 days per week
* Professional and reliable approach to work
* Ability to work independently and manage a daily workload
