7.5T Driver – Temp to Perm
We are looking for an experienced 7.5T Driver to join a busy distribution company, delivering to businesses across the Surrey and South West London.This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering £16.00 per hour, with regular overtime available.
The role will involve:
Completing daily vehicle checks and ensuring the vehicle is safe and roadworthy
Driving a 7.5T vehicle safely and efficiently
Delivering goods to businesses across your allocated patch
Loading and unloading the vehicle each day
Building strong relationships with regular customers
Providing a professional and friendly customer service
Following delivery schedules and ensuring all deliveries are completed on time
To be considered, you will need:
A valid 7.5T / C1 driving licence
A valid Tachograph card
Up-to-date Driver CPC
At least 6 months' experience driving HGV/LGV vehicles
A flexible approach and willingness to work overtime when required
Availability to work occasional Saturday mornings
Good customer service and communication skills
Hours: Starting at 6:00am each morning
Pay: £16.00 per hour
Overtime: Regular overtime available
