ASAP start | 6-month initial contract | £(Apply online only)/day Inside IR35
Our client, a well-established organisation in the London Markets insurance sector, is looking for a full-time Business Analyst to join their CRM implementation programme, delivering a new CRM product across a geographically distributed user base.
The role:
Define business requirements and support the SI partner in developing these further
Act as first point of contact for the SI partner on all requirement queries
Work closely with the Product Manager/Owner, supporting strategic product roadmap
Support the Programme Manager with change management and end-user trainingWhat's needed:
Extensive CRM experience essential
Specialty or London Market experience desirable
