We're looking for a commercially minded leader who can support, develop and inspire a UK-wide technical sales team while helping drive growth across the market.

You'll lead a team of Technical Sales Advisors, supporting them to deliver excellent customer service, strong technical advice and commercial growth.
This is a leadership role, but you'll still maintain a commercial presence of your own. You'll work closely with growers across the UK, support key accounts, and help identify opportunities to grow market share.
Day to day, you'll be:
Leading, coaching and developing a team of Technical Sales Advisors
Setting targets and supporting team performance
Supporting account growth and identifying new business opportunities
Working with customers, distributors and key industry stakeholders
Reviewing forecasts, sales performance and CRM activity
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and development of new team members
Collaborating with senior management and international colleagues
Representing the business at industry events and trade shows
Ensuring customers continue to receive high-quality technical support and serviceThis is a home-based role with regular travel and overnight stays throughout the UK.
What do I need?
Experience managing and developing sales teams
A proven background in horticultural sales, with experience selling products or services directly to growers
Strong commercial awareness and a genuine passion for sales
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to coach, motivate and develop people
IPM knowledge would be beneficial
FACTS and/or BASIS would be advantageous, but not essentialMost importantly, they're looking for a sales-focused leader with a strong horticultural background who can drive performance, build lasting customer relationships, and bring out the best in their team.
