Job Description
Orbit Workforce Solutions are recruiting for experienced Fire Stoppers for long-term work in Southamppton.
Key Responsibilities
* Firestopping works on a care home construction project.
* Installing fire batts and applying fire-rated mastic.
* Sealing service penetrations to maintain fire compartmentation.
* Sealing around pipes, cables and other building services.
* Working to drawings and site specifications.
* Carrying out work safely and to a high standard.
Requirements
* Blue CSCS card.
* NVQ Level 2 in Passive Fire Protection.
* Comfortable carrying out all aspects of firestopping.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in firestopping.
* DBS check desirable but not essential.
7:30am - 4:00pm. Parking available on site.
