Contract Scotland are recruiting on behalf of an established and growing construction business for an experienced Project Manager to join their team.
With a strong pipeline of work secured, the business is entering an exciting period of growth and is looking to strengthen its project delivery team with an ambitious and capable Project Manager.

The Role
As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
You will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams, taking ownership of programme, commercial performance and overall project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage projects from inception through to completion
Develop and manage project programmes, ensuring key milestones are achieved
Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and site teams
Manage project budgets, costs and commercial performance
Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with health & safety requirements
Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
Monitor quality and ensure works are delivered to the required standards
Identify and manage project risks, issues and opportunities
Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reporting
Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders
About You
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects.
You will ideally have:
Previous experience in a Project Manager role within the construction industry
Strong understanding of project delivery, programmes and commercial management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach
The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against deadlines
Relevant construction qualifications
SMSTS and relevant health & safety qualifications
A full UK driving licence
