Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a Project Manager to join a growing business in South Leicestershire. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering projects across a variety of sectors, including construction and logistics.
This is a varied role where no two projects will necessarily be the same. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, develop bespoke solutions and coordinate external contractors to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, professionally and to a high standard.
Previous project management experience would be advantageous, but is not essential. We are also keen to hear from candidates with strong transferable skills in coordination, administration, planning, customer service or operations who are looking to take the next step in their career.

Qualifications
Essential:
Strong organisational and coordination skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Reliable, hardworking and flexible approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Confident liaising with clients and external contractors
Strong attention to detail
Desirable:
Previous project management or project coordination experience
Experience within construction, logistics, engineering or a similar environment
Experience working with contractors or external suppliers
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinating projects from initial brief through to completion
Working with clients to understand their requirements and provide bespoke solutions
Planning and coordinating project timelines, resources and deliverables
Liaising with and coordinating external contractors
Managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Keeping clients and internal stakeholders updated throughout projects
Monitoring progress and ensuring deadlines are met
Identifying and resolving issues as they arise
Maintaining accurate project documentation and records
Supporting the wider team to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard
Requirements

Previous project management experience is a bonus, but not essential. Strong transferable experience in coordination, planning, operations, administration, customer service or a similar role will be considered.
