MEP Manager – Zaragoza, Spain
Location: Zaragoza, Spain
Sector: Data Centres / Mission Critical
Salary: €105,000–€115,000 + Package
Rotation: 10 Days On / 4 Days Off
Living Allowance: €28,000
Accommodation & Travel: Provided
We are currently recruiting for an experienced MEP Manager to join a leading European construction business delivering a major Data Centre project in Zaragoza, Spain.
The role will involve managing the Mechanical & Electrical packages, overseeing subcontractors, coordinating with the client and design teams, and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage Mechanical & Electrical packages and day-to-day site activities.
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and project teams.
* Review design and coordinate MEP works.
* Manage programme, quality, safety and costs.
* Oversee progress, snagging and project close-out.
* Liaise with the client and key project stakeholders.
Requirements
* 5+ years' MEP Project Management experience.
* Strong Mechanical & Electrical knowledge.
* Experience delivering large-scale projects.
* Data Centre / Mission Critical experience preferred.
* Design & Build experience.
* Strong subcontractor and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent English and willingness to work a 10/4 rotation
