Job Description
Position: Fabric Maintenance Handyperson
Type: Temporary ongoing (view for Temp to Perm)
Basic: Circa £30,000 - Mon-Fri (14.66/hr)
Location: York
We are recruiting for a Maintenance Handyperson based in the Stokcton-on-Tees area covering the maintenance of a large scale estate. The role will involve general handyperson aspects of building maintenance including compliance checks, general building upkeep, basic trades etc. The role is a temporary position with a view to move to a Temp-Perm role for the right candidate. Mon-Fri 1pm-9pm (flexibility with start and finish times)
Handyperson Duties:
Completing general PPM and reactive maintenance
Basic plumbing
Basic fabric maintenance
Caretaking and porterage
Tap temps
Emergency light checks
All ad- hoc maintenance tasks
Requirements:
Previous experience of Handyperson or fabric maintenance
Able to complete PPM and reactive maintenance
Ideally to have estate or facilities experience
To be able to complete compliance checks
Able to clear a vetting check
