Rail Operative  Charnwood / Loughborough Area  £45,000+ earning potential | Permanent Career Opportunity  Are you looking for a hands-on role with excellent earning potential and the opportunity to build a long-term career?  We are recruiting Rail Operatives to join a high-quality company in the East Midlands.  No previous rail experience is required. Full training will be provided for the right people.  Previous rail experience is advantageous, particularly if you hold a PTS, NVQ Level 2 in Track Maintenance or similar, but we also want to hear from people with experience in construction, labouring, manufacturing, warehouses, yards or other safety-critical environments.  You may have experience in:  PTS / NVQ Level 2 Track Maintenance or similar  CSCS or similar qualifications  Labouring, construction or groundworks  Yard or depot environments  Warehousing or manufacturing  Safety-critical environments  What does the role involve?  This is a practical, outdoor role involving the physical activities associated with operational and yard-based work.  What's on offer?  £45,000+ earning potential  Full training provided  Permanent employment  Sunday–Thursday night shifts initially  Permanent opportunities offering fixed day or fixed night shifts  Weekends off  Overtime regularly available at enhanced rates  Genuine long-term career and progression opportunities  You must have the right to work in the UK and your own reliable transport.  If you have a strong work ethic, the right attitude and a serious approach to safety, this could be an excellent opportunity to build a secure and rewarding career in the Rail industry.  Interested?  Send your CV to or get in touch for an informal chat.  Ganymede is committed to creating a diverse workforce and is an equal opportunities employer.
