Job Description
Site Manager – Office Fit-Out Location: Swindon / Bristol Salary: Competitive, depending on experience Job Type: Permanent Working Hours: 08:00–16:00, with some flexibility depending on project requirements We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established commercial fit-out contractor on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office fit-out, including both CAT A and CAT B, as well as high-end commercial projects. Projects can range in value up to approximately £1.5 million. The Role * Manage the day-to-day delivery of office fit-out projects. * Experience across CAT A, CAT B and high-end fit-outs. * Manage projects ranging in value up to approximately £1.5m. * Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site trades. * Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard. * Monitor quality and ensure works meet the required specification. * Communicate confidently with clients and other project stakeholders. * Prepare and manage Construction Phase Plans and RAMS. * Review and approve subcontractor RAMS. * Complete daily site reports and project documentation. * Manage site health & safety and ensure compliance with relevant legislation. * Report and manage accidents and incidents where required. Requirements * Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial/office fit-out. * Strong CAT A and CAT B fit-out experience. * Experience delivering high-end fit-out projects. * Previous trade experience such as carpentry or dry lining is advantageous but not essential. * SMSTS qualified. * Valid Site Manager CSCS card. * First Aid at Work. * Fire Marshal.
