Shift Pattern (Rotating) Early Shift Monday - Thursday: 05:50am - 2:00pm Friday: 05:50am - 12:40pm Late Shift Monday - Thursday: 12:50pm - 9:15pm Friday: 9:10am - 1:00pm Duties & Responsibilities * Booking goods in and out using internal systems * Managing stock control and inventory accuracy * Packing products for storage and customer orders * Conducting quality checks and inspections * Line feeding production and warehouse areas * Operating FLT, PPT and LLOP equipment where required * Loading and unloading deliveries * Printing and processing despatch paperwork * Putting stock away into designated warehouse locations * Updating stock and order information using Excel spreadsheets * Completing regular stock counts and audit preparation * Ensuring all inventory records remain accurate and up to date * Manual handling duties and occasional heavy lifting * Maintaining a safe and organised working environment Skills & Experience Required * Minimum 3 years' experience in a warehouse, logistics or despatch environment * Experience using ERP, CRM or WMS systems * Strong Microsoft Excel skills * FLT licence desirable * Full UK driving licence preferred * Excellent attention to detail * Strong organisational and communication skills * Numerical and methodical approach to work * Ability to work accurately under pressure * Reliable and committed team player Company Benefits (Upon Permanent Employment) ✅ 25 days annual leave, increasing to 27 days after 5 years' service ✅ Company pension scheme ✅ Sick pay scheme ✅ Eye care vouchers ✅ Online GP service ✅ Life insurance cover ✅ Employee appreciation events ✅ Team-building activities ✅ Birthday vouchers Apply Today If you're looking to take the next step in your logistics career and join a highly respected, growing company, we'd love to hear from you.
