Teaching Assistants – Lewisham Flexible & Long-Term Roles Are you a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in Lewisham? The Supply Register is working in partnership with Leathersellers’ Federation of Schools as their Managed Service Provider (MSP), recruiting Teaching Assistants to support pupils across their schools, including Prendergast Vale School, Prendergast Primary and Secondary(Ladywell) School or Prendergast School. These are rewarding opportunities for TAs who are passionate about supporting pupils, particularly those with additional needs, and helping every child overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential. We’re looking for Teaching Assistants who: Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or supporting children with additional needs – essential Have experience working in and with the UK curriculum in a primary or secondary school setting Have experience supporting pupils with needs such as ASD, ADHD or SEMH Are patient, proactive and committed to creating a positive learning environment The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils Support children with additional needs and help remove barriers to learning Work alongside the class teacher to deliver tailored learning activities Promote a safe, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment Why work with The Supply Register?
