Senior Service Advisor Renault Romford (RM3) £36,750 pa basic salary, OTE £44,100 pa + car Join Our Aftersales Team at Renault Romford Renault Retail Group is looking for an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join our Aftersales operation at Renault Romford, located on the Southend Arterial Road in Harold Wood (RM3). This is a key position within our Service department, combining customer service, workshop coordination, and senior-level support responsibilities. Working alongside the Aftersales Manager, you'll help maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and manufacturer compliance across the Service operation. In addition to the core Service Advisor responsibilities, you'll provide day-to-day support to colleagues, assist with workshop control activities, support departmental processes, and act as a senior point of contact when required. Renault Romford is a busy Renault and Dacia retailer with an established customer base, strong workshop throughput, and a dedicated Aftersales team committed to delivering excellent customer service. What You'll Do  Welcome customers and guide them through the vehicle servicing and repair process Book vehicles into the workshop and accurately record customer requirements Provide estimates, explain work requirements, and obtain authorisation for additional repairs where required Liaise with Technicians, Workshop Control, and Parts colleagues to support efficient workshop operations Keep customers informed of vehicle progress throughout the day Arrange courtesy vehicles and customer collection appointments Prepare invoices and explain completed work to customers clearly and professionally Process warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards and procedures Provide guidance and support to Service Advisor colleagues when required Assist with workshop control activities and departmental administration Support customer satisfaction initiatives and manufacturer performance objectives Deputise for the Aftersales Manager when required What We're Looking For  We're keen to hear from candidates with current or recent experience as a Senior Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager, or highly experienced Service Advisor within a franchised automotive dealership environment. You should be comfortable managing customer expectations, supporting workshop operations, and balancing commercial performance with excellent customer service. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, Technicians, and colleagues are essential. Experience using CDK Drive, Kerridge, ADP Autoline, Keyloop, or similar dealer management systems would be advantageous. Driving Licence Requirement: A full UK driving licence (manual and automatic vehicles) is essential for this role, as occasional movement of customer and courtesy vehicles may be required. Hours & Pay   Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm with a 1-hour lunch break. This role also participates in an alternate (1-in-2) Saturday morning rota, working 8:30am–12:30pm. Basic salary is £36,750 pa, with OTE of £44,100 pa that is achievable and regularly reached.
