Supporting operations across Europe and the US through detailed analysis and data interpretation Contributing to variance analysis to ensure accurate financial performance reporting Partnering with various stakeholders to provide insights that drive cost efficiencies and process improvements Preparing reports and presentations for senior management, enabling strategic decision-making Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives within the finance team, fostering a proactive working environment Suitable Candidate for the Assistant Accountant vacancy: A background in finance or accounting, ideally with exposure to month end processes, management accounting or manufacturing finance Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, problem solving, and data interpretation Effective communicator with the ability to partner with diverse teams and present complex data clearly Eagerness to develop expertise within a dynamic environment Studying towards AAT, ACCA, CIMA or ACA Additional benefits and information for the role of Assistant Accountant: Study support 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Hybrid working following probation (non-contractual)  Salary sacrifice pension scheme  Salary will be dependent on experience CMA Recruitment Group is acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role.
