RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY LAWYER | BRISTOL
Bristol | £45,000–£70,000 | Hybrid + 9-day fortnight
An award-winning specialist residential property firm is looking for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join its growing Bristol team.
With 15+ years of success, a national presence and a team of 70+ property professionals, this is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded conveyancing business with a strong HNW client base and established introducer relationships.
⭐ THE OPPORTUNITY
Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions
Handle freehold & leasehold sales and purchases, lease extensions, refinancing and transfers of equity
Build strong relationships with estate agents and broker introducers
Work closely with a small team of Paralegals and Assistants
Coach, mentor and develop junior team members
Genuine long-term progression within a growing business
ABOUT YOU
Circa 4+ years’ PQE in residential property
Solicitor, CILEx or Licensed Conveyancer
Strong technical residential conveyancing experience
Excellent communication and client management skills
Previous experience managing, coaching or mentoring junior team members
Ambitious and keen to develop your career
