Field Sales Consultant North West | £27,500 Basic + Uncapped Commission | Company Car & Fuel Realistic OTE £60,000+ Are you a confident field salesperson who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and closing business? UK Staffing Group is recruiting an experienced Field Sales Consultant for a growing business within the property and insurance services sector. This is a genuine field-based role offering a strong basic salary, company car, fuel and an uncapped commission structure with excellent earning potential. The Role You'll manage a territory across the North West, meeting customers face-to-face and developing new business opportunities. This is very much a role for somebody who enjoys being out in the field rather than sitting behind a desk. You'll have the freedom to manage your own day while being part of an established and successful team. You'll be responsible for building relationships with potential customers, understanding their circumstances, explaining the service and converting opportunities into business. What We're Looking For We're open on sector, but you must have a strong field sales, direct sales or face-to-face sales background. Experience within home improvements, energy, utilities, telecoms, property, insurance or other consumer-facing sales environments would transfer particularly well. You'll need to be: Confident and comfortable speaking to new people A proven salesperson with a strong track record Self-motivated and resilient Commercially driven without being pushy Comfortable managing your own territory Professional and personable Happy with regular travel A full UK driving licence holderAbove everything else, we're looking for someone who is good with people and knows how to sell.
