Job Description
Fortus Recruitment Group Limited are a recruitment company that specialise in placing people within the repairs and maintenance industry.
We are currently looking for a Disrepairs Operative to be based around Oxford, covering a wider patch and carrying out repair works.
The Role:
Carrying out disrepair and remedial works
Completing repairs to a high standard
Working across a variety of properties
Covering a wider patch as required
What We're Looking For:
NVQ in a relevant core trade
Previous repairs and maintenance experience
Good knowledge of general property repairs
Full UK driving licence
Happy to travel as part of the role
Benefits:
Temp to perm opportunity
£38,000 salary once permanent
Potential £600 monthly incentive
