LCV TECHNICIAN - IMMEDIATE START Location: Warwickshire Salary: £42,000 per annum Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm Contract: Full-time, Permanent Holiday: 28 days' annual leave Start: Immediate Looking for Your Next LCV Technician Opportunity? We're recruiting for an experienced LCV Technician to join an established in-house commercial vehicle workshop. This is a permanent position maintaining and repairing a company's own commercial van fleet. There are no retail customers and no regular weekend rota - your focus will be keeping vehicles maintained, compliant and on the road. Immediate start available for the right candidate. Pay & Benefits ·£42,000 per annum ·28 days' annual leave ·Monday-Friday - 7:00am to 5:00pm ·No regular weekend work ·Permanent, full-time position ·Immediate start available ·In-house fleet - no retail customers ·Established and growing business ·On-site workshop ·On-site parking The Role You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a fleet of vans and LCVs. Duties will include: ·Servicing and maintaining the van and LCV fleet ·Mechanical repairs and general maintenance ·Diagnostics and fault finding ·Brakes, suspension, steering and electrical repairs ·Preparing vehicles for MOT ·Identifying defects and completing repairs ·Carrying out preventative maintenance to minimise vehicle downtime ·Responding to breakdowns where required ·Maintaining accurate service and repair records ·Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard What We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced LCV Technician with: ·Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience as an LCV Technician or vehicle mechanic ·Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to work independently ·Good diagnostic and fault-finding skills ·Experience working on diesel vans and commercial vehicles ·Relevant mechanical qualifications preferred ·Full UK Driving Licence ·Reliable with a strong work ethic ·Able to manage workload without constant supervision ·Pride in their work and understanding of the importance of vehicle uptime Apply Today If you're an experienced LCV Technician looking for a stable, Monday-Friday position with an established fleet operation and an immediate start, we'd love to hear from you.
