Site Manager Main Contractor Location: St Paul’s, Central London Salary: £65,(Apply online only) - £75,(Apply online only) + Package Start: ASAP The Opportunity We are working with an established main contractor to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join a £16m commercial CAT B fit-out project in St Paul’s, Central London. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, working closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors and wider project team to ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with strong commercial CAT B fit-out experience to join a well-established contractor on a high-value Central London project. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to maintain programme progress Monitor quality and ensure works are delivered in line with drawings and specifications Maintain high standards of health and safety across the project Manage site logistics, deliveries, materials and plant Monitor progress against the programme and proactively address any issues Liaise with the Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors and client team Carry out regular inspections, snagging and quality checks through to completion Maintain accurate site records, documentation and reporting Support the wider project team in achieving successful project delivery Experience Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor Strong background in commercial CAT B fit-out Experience delivering projects valued at £10m+ Previous experience working on high-value projects in Central London is highly desirable Strong knowledge of commercial fit-out processes, programming and site logistics Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills Strong understanding of health and safety requirements Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and stakeholders effectively Qualifications Essential: SMSTS CSCS First Aid at Work Desirable: Relevant construction qualification Temporary Works experience What's on Offer £65,(Apply online only) - £75,(Apply online only) + Package Opportunity to work on a £16m commercial CAT B fit-out Central London location Long-term opportunity with an established main contractor Strong pipeline of future projects Excellent career progression opportunities Interested?
