Day-to-Day Responsibilities Act as the central point of contact for internal production, service engineers, group companies, and external customers for all parts requests. Process parts sales, issue quotations, monitor the parts inbox, and actively look for opportunities to supply parts across the business network. Manage stock control processes-including cycle counting, preparing build kits for new vehicle builds, and maintaining accurate pricing and locations in the inventory system. Source one-off parts, compare supplier pricing, place purchase orders, and track lead times to ensure continuous stock availability. Handle goods-in / goods-out: receive incoming deliveries, inspect parts, upload photographs/specifications into the database, and coordinate picking and dispatch. Maintain high standards of organization and housekeeping across the stores and parts areas. What We're Looking For Communication & Personality: A confident, personable communicator who enjoys building strong relationships with suppliers, colleagues, and workshop teams alike. Proactive & Organized: Highly organized with keen attention to detail, good basic IT skills (MS Excel/Outlook), and the ability to multitask in a varied environment. Background or Transferable Skills: Previous experience in parts, stock control, stores, or purchasing (automotive, engineering, or manufacturing) is desirable-but switchers from retail, logistics, trade counters, or general administration with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply!
