Job Description
Red Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Linisher to join a busy manufacturing environment in Kingswinford.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating hand-held grinders and linishing equipment.
* Finishing and preparing metal components to the required specifications.
* Removing burrs, sharp edges and surface imperfections.
* Carrying out visual quality checks on completed work.
* Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
Requirements
* Previous experience using hand-held grinders and linishers is essential.
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
* Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Reliable with a strong work ethic.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Pay & Overtime
* £15.40 per hour (£14 on days)
* Monday to Friday 1.5x standard rate (on standard rate).
* Saturday: 1.5x standard rate (on standard rate).
* Sunday: 2x standard rate (on standard rate).
