Senior Project Manager | Construction Consultancy | London, Picadilly | Permanent An established and growing multidisciplinary construction and property consultancy is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join its London team. The business works across a diverse range of sectors including Education, Heritage, Hospitality, Residential, Commercial and Retail, Sport, Culture and community, and places of worship. This provides an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager looking for genuine variety across their project portfolio. A strong construction consultancy background is essential, with client-side experience is highly desirable. The Role Lead projects across the full project lifecycle Manage programmes, budgets, procurement and risk Coordinate consultant and contractor teams Act as a key client contact and build strong relationships Lead project meetings, reporting and stakeholder management Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary consultancy team Support the continued growth of the London team    The ideal candidate would have: Previous experience within a construction or property consultancy Strong Project Management experience across the full lifecycle Experience across residential, hospitality or mixed-use projects Strong client and stakeholder management skills Experience managing consultants, contractors, programmes and budgets Good knowledge of procurement and contract administration NEC 3 or 4 experience would be desirable MRICS, MAPM or equivalent qualification desirable but not essential    In Return £65,000 – £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience) 3-4 days per week in the London office Opportunity to work across a diverse range of sectors and project types Strong client exposure and the opportunity to act as a trusted advisor Responsibility for projects across the full project lifecycle Professional development and progression opportunities Collaborative and entrepreneurial environment Opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of the London team    This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join an established multidisciplinary consultancy and take genuine ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects
