Day Shift Maintenance Engineer - Client Direct - High-End Residential – Canary Wharf, East London - £47,915 CBW is proud to partner with a direct client based in the heart of Canary Wharf. We’re searching for a talented Day Shift Maintenance Engineer to join a high-performing team within a High-End Residential property. This is your chance to work in a fast-paced, high-spec environment — no two days will be the same. What You’ll Be Doing: Electrical Systems: Lighting installs, fault-finding, lamp replacements, ballasts, control panels, power distribution Mechanical Equipment: Pumps, motors, seals, bearings, basic HVAC HVAC & Plant: AHUs, FCUs, emergency lighting, air conditioning units Monitoring Systems: Chillers (resets), BMS (hot/cold trends), UPS systems Teamwork: Collaborate with a large, supportive onsite engineering team Service Delivery: Ensure smooth building operations and top-tier tenant servicesYour Work Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off 08:00 – 20:00What’s in It for You? £47,915 Salary (including shift allowance) 25 Days Holiday (on a shift basis) 12.5% employer pension contribution  Private Healthcare & Dental Cycle to Work Scheme Subsidised Gym Membership Training & Development: Internal and external courses Career Progression Opportunities Overtime Available Life Assurance  What We’re Looking For: Electrically qualified (City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent) 18th Edition Strong knowledge of commercial building services Experience in similar critical/commercial environments (e.g., banks, data centres, corporate HQs) Ability to work at heights outdoors (full training & PPE provided)Ready to Apply?
