Warehouse Operative (Night Shift)
Northamptonshire Area
£16.00 per hour
Monday to Friday, 10:00pm to 6:00am (30-minute unpaid break)
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a growing distribution and fulfilment operation on a permanent night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing, packing and labelling customer orders to strict e-commerce fulfilment standards.
Assembling product kits and boxed sets with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Organising stock and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment.
Carrying out general warehouse duties, including manual handling (lifting up to 10kg).
What We're Looking For:
Previous warehouse, packing, fulfilment or assembly experience preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately at pace.
Reliable and motivated with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable with manual handling duties.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential due to the location and night shift hours, as public transport options are limited.
