Role: Commercial Sales Executive

Location: Northamptonshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week
Salary: £26,000 per annum + commission
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Commercial Sales Executive who has a strong understanding of the commercial or residential property market.
Duties of this role:
Qualifying leads
High Outbound calling to businesses to offer solutions
Working to realistic weekly and monthly KPI's.
Develop a strong pipeline.
Building relationship with clients.
Going out on meetings to visit clients.
What we would like from you:
1-2 years previous experience within commercial or Residential property Sales role
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Customer service driven
Ability to prioritise and self-motivated
Must be a driver
