CNC MachinistRainham, Essex
Up to £35,000
Monday-Friday Rotating Shifts (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am)
A growing precision engineering manufacturer in Rainham is expanding its production team and is looking to recruit several CNC Machinists due to the introduction of a new manufacturing line.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Machinist, but we are also keen to speak with candidates who have manufacturing experience, engineering qualifications, or a strong mechanical mindset and are looking to build a long-term career in engineering.
Full training and development opportunities are available for the right individuals.
The RoleAs a CNC Machinist, you will support the production of precision engineered components within a modern manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities may include:
Operating CNC machinery
Performing quality checks and measurements
Monitoring production output
Carrying out basic machine adjustments and tool changes
Following engineering and quality procedures
Working as part of a growing production teamWhat We're Looking ForWe would love to hear from:

Recently qualified engineering candidates
Individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learnPrevious CNC experience is beneficial but not essential.
More important is a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, attention to detail, and an interest in engineering or manufacturing.
