Job Description
ROLE TITLE
Sub Agent - Heavy Civils
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Health, Safety & Environment
Ensure works are delivered in accordance with approved Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
Promote a strong safety culture and carry out regular site inspections and audits.
Support incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Ensure temporary works and environmental controls are properly planned and managed.
Engineering & Construction
Lead the engineering delivery of a defined section of works.
Coordinate engineers, site teams and subcontractors.
Review drawings, specifications and construction information.
Resolve technical and construction issues with the project and design teams.
Ensure effective setting out, surveying and engineering control.
Monitor progress and identify risks, constraints and required actions.
Heavy Civils
Experience in one or more of the following:
Earthworks and groundworks
Reinforced concrete and structures
Foundations and retaining structures
Roads, pavements and hardstanding's
Temporary works
Infrastructure and enabling works
Quality
Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
Manage inspections, testing, NCRs and handover documentation.
Identify and resolve quality issues.
