Heat Treatment Operator
Location: Byfleet, Near Woking
Salary: Highly Competitive
Our client is looking for an experienced Heat Treatment Operator, and you would be responsible for carrying out heat treatment processing of metallic aerospace components in accordance with customer specifications, engineering requirements, and company procedures.
Heat Treatment Operator – Requirements:
* Work experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
* Experience operating industrial heat treatment furnaces and associated equipment.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, planning documents, process specifications and work instructions.
* Knowledge of aerospace heat treatment standards and processing requirements.
* Ability to accurately record and maintain process documentation and production records.
* A good communicator, able to build positive relationships with both colleagues and customers.
* A professional and proactive individual who takes personal responsibility for resolving problems and delivering results on time.
