Regional HR Business Partner Education Sector Hybrid role with UK travel Coventry Client Details Michael Page are excited to be partnering and a Midlands based Education organisation to appoint for a pivotal and challenging Regional HR Business Partner role to join a growing team. This role can offer hybrid working of circa 2-3 days per week onsite - you will be partnering with leadership across a range of site, UK travel will be required business needs dependent. Description The role of Regional HR Business Partner offers an exciting challenge to work proactively with leadership across a range of campuses providing trusted HR support, guidance and coaching while helping to shape positive workplace cultures across the organisation. This is a fast-paced and varied role, supporting with a range of people matters, including but not limited to: Provide proactive support on a range of employee relations matters Work with leadership and management to coach and up-skill the team to deal with people matters effectively Support with change management projects Work with management and leadership to drive employee engagement and well-being initiatives Build excellent stakeholder relationships and work with leadership to challenge and influence decision making Working with the HR team to support with a range of HR projects and initiativesProfile A successful Regional HR Business Partner should have: A proactive approach to HR - working closely with stakeholders to challenge decision making and support to achieve the commercial goals Understand the importance of being visible, regularly visiting site A proven background in a similar multi-site HR Business Partner role Ideally CIPD Level 5 or equivalentJob Offer Salary up to £65,000 pa Car allowance of £4,800 pa Exciting opportunity to play a vital part in the people strategy and development of the organisation
