A well established regional law firm is seeking a Residential Property Paralegal to join its conveyancing team in Richmond. This Residential Property Paralegal role offers exposure to a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, supporting fee earners from instruction through to completion. The Residential Property Paralegal will gain hands-on experience across sales, purchases, remortgages and post-completion work. This Residential Property Paralegal opportunity is suited to someone looking to build a long-term career within residential property law. The Company? The successful Residential Property Paralegal will join a respected regional law firm with an established residential property team and a strong local client base. The team provides structured support, ongoing development and exposure to a varied caseload within a collaborative working environment. The Role As the Residential Property Paralegal you will support solicitors and fee earners across a varied conveyancing caseload. The role will include: * Opening and managing client files * Preparing contract packs and legal documentation * Carrying out property searches and Land Registry applications * Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors * Assisting with sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages * Supporting post-completion matters The Residential Property Paralegal? You will have previous residential property or conveyancing experience and a genuine interest in developing your career within property law.
