Property Manager – Prime Essex Portfolio | Up to £35,000 Basic
Hybrid Working - 3 days working from home, 2 days in the office
Are you an experienced Property Manager ready to take the lead in a high-performing team? A highly respected, independent estate agency with a strong presence in East London is looking for a Property Manager to oversee a thriving residential portfolio and help shape the future of their property management division.
As a trusted recruitment partner, I'm seeking a proactive, solutions-focused professional who combines deep knowledge of lettings legislation with exceptional client service skills. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record in managing both properties and people, this role is tailored for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Managing a portfolio of residential properties across Essex
* Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
* Leading and mentoring a small team of Property Managers
* Ensuring full compliance with lettings regulations and best practices
* Overseeing tenancy renewals, maintenance issues, and contractor relationships
* Liaising closely with lettings and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations
What You’ll Bring:
* Strong working knowledge of ASTs, deposit legislation, and compliance requirements
* Experience leading or mentoring team members
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* ARLA qualification preferred but not essential
