Job Description
Job Title: Assembly Technician
Location: Yarnton
Pay rate: Up to £20 per hour PAYE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (40 hours per week)
Contract Type: 3 month temp to perm
We are currently recruiting for a skilled Assembly Technician to join a growing and innovative team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, assembling high-quality mechanical products, with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Key responsibilities for the Assembly Technician:
Carry out mechanical assemblyin line with company standards
Work confidently from Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)and work instructions
Ensure builds meet quality and safety requirements
Identify and report any issues or improvements within the assembly process
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
The Assembly Technician should have the following skills and experience:
Proven experience in mechanical assembly
Ability to accurately follow technical instructions, SOPs, and drawings
Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
Experience in a prototype or R&D environmentwhere you are developing work instructions and processes.
A proactive and team-oriented attitude
