Job Title: Behaviour Support Mentor - Secondary School, EN3 Location: EN3, Enfield Start Date: September 2026 Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Tempest Resourcing is currently recruiting on behalf of a secondary school based in EN3, Enfield, seeking a confident and experienced Behaviour Support Mentor to join their team from September. About the Role: This is a hands-on role supporting pupils who need extra help managing behaviour and staying engaged in learning. You'll work closely with teaching staff to maintain a calm, structured, and positive environment, stepping in to support de-escalation and positive behaviour management when needed. Requirements: Team Teach trained (desirable, not essential, full training can be provided) Previous experience in a behaviour support, LSA/TA, SEN, or mainstream secondary setting Confident, calm, and skilled at building trust with pupils who may struggle to self-regulate Strong understanding of safeguarding and behaviour management strategies Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)What We Offer: Competitive daily/weekly pay rate Dedicated consultant support throughout your placement Ongoing opportunities across Enfield and Barnet
