Electro/Mechanical Assembler | Bladnford | Up to £29,000

As an Electro/Mechanical Assembler, your responsibilities will include:
Hand solder, test and assemble subassemblies within a production cell
Issue and complete work orders while keeping stock accuracy on point
Work to assembly drawings and procedures to a consistently high standard
Set up and operate production machinery safely
Carry out mechanical and electrical testing on subassemblies and finished products
Support continual process improvement and cross-training across the workshop
As an Electro/Mechanical Assembler, your experience will include:
Experience working in an electronics or manufacturing environment is useful but not essential
Previous hand soldering experience is beneficial
Comfortable working to detailed drawings and procedures
Good manual dexterity and a genuine eye for detail
A reliable, hands-on approach with a willingness to get stuck in and learn
