NonStop Consulting is working with one of the most reputable children's charities in the country to help them find a Team Manager who can join them on a locum basis.
In this role, you will be managing the Early Help service.

Key Responsibilities:
The Team Manager will be managing early help teams, allocating case work, providing supervision and management oversight on early help case work.
The team has about 10 staff.
Requirements:
experience as a Team Manager or Assistant Team Manager
experience in managing family support workers, or social care staff in an early help or social care setting
