Site Manager – Housing
Location: North Devon
Salary: Up to £75,000 + Car/Car Allowance
Job Type: Permanent
We’re recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a new residential development in North Devon, delivering high-quality traditional build homes.
This is a great opportunity to join an established housebuilder with a strong benefits package and a long-term pipeline of work.
The Role
* Manage the day-to-day delivery of the development
* Lead and coordinate subcontractors and site teams
* Ensure work is completed safely, on time and to a high standard
* Manage quality, programme and site health & safety
* Work closely with the wider project team to ensure smooth delivery
* Monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise on site
About You
* Previous experience as a Site Manager within housebuilding
* Strong knowledge of traditional build construction
* Experience managing residential developments from start to finish
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
